240186 Website Design Flash - 2 sites

Hello HTML Programmers and website designers I'm an SEO consultant and I'm looking to outsource 2 website design templates. Next month, I will have a couple more as well, so good work will be rewarded with more work. This project is for 2 custom website designs. They are for my personal business. The first one is a redesign for [login to view URL] my home site. The second is for [login to view URL], a new website. I do not need a total website creation, however I do need the two templates made including PSD file, flash banner, and CSS file. Both sites need to be unique with Flash Headers. I'm really looking for the WOW FACTOR for these two websites. As mentioned before, I'm strong in HTML and website design, but would like the templates built for me to save time. I'll give directions on the website and what will be required for the sites. I expect that all designs be completed to my liking. I would like all source code for the flash, the [login to view URL] files for the sites, the CSS file, and of course the photoshop file. I need sites to be SEO friendly, so only would like just a flash banner that is not full size width of the banner, but about 3/4 width of the banners. Needs to look beautiful as I resell website design, SEO, consulting, and infusionsoft along with a few other marketing tools. For information about infusionsoft, go to www.infusionsoft.com. I'm a certified reseller for the site. This template will need the infusionsoft logo and to be simular to Infuionsoft in colors and feel. Sites will be about 950 pixes wide.
