199639 Technical Manager Consultant

This person will be responsible for ensuring the completion of all outstanding programming tasks including the completion of the autoresponder integration, and PDF generation software integration Responsible for creating project plans, and maintaining appropriate timelines Responsible for sourcing, managing and completion of the following: o Ensure all products are uploaded to the members area. o Maintain the look/usability of the Membership software o Create the web site design and integrate design with current affiliate script o Ensure all marketing material and content are implement on the site. Format all content for proper presentation on the site o Complete the integration of Autoresponder software, and PDF generator software. o Format all brandable ebooks into html format for use with the PDF generation software o Ensure appropriate programming changes are made to reflect the success of the program and business requirements o Create an infrastructure plan to ensure that the technology is scalable according to the growth plan of the company o Recommend and implement support infrastructure for streamlined and ongoing support to our members. This support infrastructure should reflect both business, program and technology support Work closely with the marketing manager in the development and implementation of marketing material including sales pages, capture pages, video presentations, site design, etc. Need to develop a complete understanding of our program and requirements and be able implement change to help ensure this program is a success. Need to be able to react positively under tight timelines and constraints Need to be able to think out side the box, make recommendations and be able to implement approved recommendation in a minimal amount of time Will report directly to the owners and will be required to keep the owners up to date through regular status updates Candidate Requirements o Must have experience working in the Internet Marketing arena and must be familiar with Internet Marketing concepts. o Familiarity with the following programs/services is an asset: o Send Studio o UCC Affiliate Script o MemberSpeed Membership Management o Web Based PDF generation Software o Aweber/Getresponse autoresponder services o JV Manager which will be made available to all Platinum members along with a hosting account for promoting the resell rights products as well as other affiliate programs o Proficient in managing web projects specifically in the Internet Marketing world. o Previous work in Network Marketing and familiarity with powerline compensation (2-up pay plan) is an asset. o Can work with minimal supervision, and can assemble and manage a team of resources in order to accomplish all tasks at hand in a timely manner o Technical experience with PHP, Mysql, Website design and development, flash animation o Able to effectively delegate and manage tasks and resources o Proficiency with Project Management software such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Word is mandatory o Preferred candidates will have experience with Mind Mapping and Process Mapping tools, as well as, Microsoft Visio
