On Screen Video Recording

I need someone to record 11 short videos (total 30 minutes) of demonstration with Photoshop (CS or CS2 - NOT CS3, english version). I tried to do the job myself, but for some reason the output is blurred (I'm not good at video recording, so I don't know how to fix that) ! Video and audio (voice) (prefered choice), or video and written comments, at your convenience. Your english should be perfect. The videos are very simple steps to follow for buyers of one of my product (how to edit a text in a PSD, how to change a photo, etc.) I'll post more informations to interested providers in the PMB. You should provide me with AVI files, which I will convert myself into SWF (using Camtasia), or do the conversion for me (Camtasia only). I believe the total is approximately 2 hours of work or less, if you know Photoshop. I need this work being done within 4-5 days.
