open source script installation - Start Today

I need 2 open source video chat scripts installed via ssh this will also include installing script prerequisites via ssh for the scripts. We have a idea we are trying to build we are pretty sure these 2 scripts will accomplish our goals, however we will also entertain any suggestions you may have for a better concept. Basically we are trying to build a site as good if not better than that offered by 123flashchat and flashcoms using open source software to start with. We are also looking at implementing peer to peer video chat and googles webrtc project in the future allowing compliance with mobile devices and a streamlined bandwidth approach. So weve done a fair amount of research and think we are on the right path but we would also like your opinion. This project is only for setup and installation of the two chosen open source scripts or those of your choosing after discussion if we like your concept better. However this is only phase 1 of a many phase project so we prefer to hire someone for this phase that will also be capable of future phases which will involve heavy modification of the chosen platforms. Now with this in mind bid only for the installation and configuration of said scripts but please don't bid unless you are fluent uin all aspect of flash actionscript as2 as3 and preferably have experience in flash media server and other video broadcasting servers opensource and so forth. The ideal candidate will have experience in peer to peer and so forth and also have exstensive knowledge of the google webrtc using html5. theres tons and tons of opensource development in these technologies and further documentation and so forth. now I expect these installations to be done for less than $75 its just install setup and config and naturally I expect them both done quickly. The further development has a much higher budget much much higher and will be broken into phases like I said ideally one guy can do it all for us but if we have to well hire someone different for each section. I will be hiring quick like within 2hrs I will expect you to get started right away and by the time I come online tomorrow have them installed and working so I can test and we can move on to phase 2 please no copy and paste bids atleast take a moment to write up something relevant to my project or else ill simply ignore your bid as well that tells me you either didn't take the time to read this part of the project description or you already cant follow rules.... :) and well im not going to hire someone that does so.
