need sleek template done for car dealership

Hi I need a sleek web design that is fast loading. Some flash on the frontpage where we could swap images and content, but this could be discussed and must be html/ css with current standards. I need a front page and 2 internal pages where we could use for our CMS. We like ideas from [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and some of the other professional car dealerships out there. My current web designer is missing in action. So I am looking for a new designer and if you do a excellent job you will be getting more work from me. You must be on msn messenger.
