Need a Professional Website Designer & Coder

PLEASE READ ALL OF THESE BEFORE YOU BID. Hello! I need talented programmers and designers to finish my 30% left project. Please show your work (2 - 3 Projects) when you bid. Website Description (70% of the requirement is already completed): * PHP Coded * MySQL Database * Most of functions are very similar with eBay but not eBay clone. Required Skills: * Advanced PHP Coding Skills * Intense MySQL Database Skills * Intense PhotoShop Skills * Intense Flash Skills * Intense Website Designing Skills * Good English Speaker Project Requirement: * Finish 30% of Coding Work Left. * Improve code on our Website. * Fix errors on our website. * Improve MySQL DataBase Design. * Flash Animation for 1 Page is required (How it works Page). * Neat, Clean, but fancy + Stylish Website design Required. * Unique Website Icon Design. No Clipart under any circumstances. * Some Flash Icons Design is required (If it does not work with regular icon). * Must design How it works page with Flash Animation. * Stylish font (On Image Projects Only). * Design must be constant. * This design requirement is for custom design (Custom Website Design, Custom Icon Design, Custom Flash Design, and etc..) * Website must view (Display) correctly in 90% of browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Fire Fox, etc). * Website must view (Display) correctly in both PC & Laptop and Mac. Working Days: 7 Days. (Can Negotiate but not more than 10 days) PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU PLAN TO INCREASE OUR BUDGET LATER. WE WILL NOT INCREASE OUR MAXIMUM BUDGET. Coding (Coding & Simple Design) Budget: $150 (Coders still need to do some design work) Design Budget: $200 Can do both: $350 Condition 1 (If you accept Pay Pal): 10% Down and Rest of the payment is after project is completed. Condition 2 (No Pay Pal): Completed payment will be sent to designer via WU after project is completed. If one company (or individual) does both coding and design, both coder and designer policies will apply to that company (or individual). Policy for Coder Policy 1: If coder do not finish (or quit) the project within agreed deadline, coder must refund our payment including initial deposit. Policy 2: If coder's coding violates US Copyright or used open-sourced software while working our project, then coder must refund the whole payment. Policy 3: Coder should start work immediately after we chose to work with him/her. Policy 4: We will have all the copyrights of your work after complete payment. Policy 5: Coders can not list their name or their company name on completed website. Policy for Designer Policy 1: Designer must show initial design sample for our website before deposit. Policy 2: If designer do not finish (or quit) the project within agreed deadline, designer must refund our payment including initial deposit. Policy 3: If designer's design violates US Copyright or used cliparts while working our project, then designer must refund the whole payment. Policy 4: Designer should start work immediately after we chose to work with him / her. Policy 5: Designer should not use template design. Policy 6: We will have all the copyrights of your work after complete payment. Policy 7: Designers can not list their name or their company name on completed design. Policy 8: Designer must offer unlimited revisions. SPECIAL POLICY: If you are not good at design, please do not choose design option. You can avoid 85% of design work. (I LOOK AT DESIGN A LOT). IF YOU READ (WE ASSUME THAT YOU READ IF YOU BID ON OUR PROJECT) OR NOT, IF YOU BID ON OUR PROJECT, YOU AGREED WITH OUR TERMS, REQUIREMENT, PRICES, AND POLICY.
