52405 Interactive Diary

I need an diary with an interactive calender and a bar graph. It will either be used for a website or application so it has to be ready for both. It will be a prototype so it has to be something that can be change. Flash is perferred. The interactive calender will be like a click of a button and the user can mark all the days in the month she had a headache or ice cream or both. Then I want a bar graph that shows things like the horizontal line shows how much ice cream was eaten and the vertical line showing how bad the headache was on a scale of one to ten. Then I need a way to record text to a file and then retrieve it later.
