Flash pay per minute Video Chat

We are looking for someone to develop Live Pay per Minute Fully featured flash video chat with an intuitive flash user interface. Some of the features software must encompass, are: 1. Support for real time audio and video communication with bandwidth controls and automatic web cam and microphone detection 2. Always available enhanced text chat (with language filter) with model 3. Free Public video chats with the turn on/off option for model 4. Private cam2cam pay per minute chat with a logged in user having enough credits 5. Payment per minute to model based on a percentage set by the admin 6. Users list with genre/camera/admin, private and public rooms, admin section with logs review and ban and kick by IP, nick filter, limited video time and limited video-frames/second for "free" users 7. Support for Moderators to connect in anonymous mode in any kind of chat, and ban/ urban any model or user. They can even have a private session with the model, just like a normal user to see how she performs in private chat. 8.
