Dreamweaver Spice Store Template Needed

Hi there! I am looking for a one page template (created in Dreamweaver 4.0) for an online Spice and Herbs Store. I would like an animated header (I'll put in text later just put any text in there now so I can see what it looks like). Colors are open but should reflect the business. I would like the "library" (menu) to be on the lefthand side, the body in the middle and a "specials" section on the right. No frames. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
