Update a php image upload form to restrict size, restrict type, rename the image, and add file upload progress meter

This project is to update an existing image upload form. The form must still upload the same (as it is connected to a flash application that is looking for a file coming from this form) I need someone to do the following. 1. Restricting the size of the image. I need this to check the size and QUICKLY return an error if the file is under 30K (error: too small) or over 2mb (error: too large). I'd like this error to be on the page and to be in html so I could add a link later to email us the file. The current error pops an error message window that doesn't allow html links additionally if you set it to check for the max file size it takes for ever to send back the error message. 2. Restricting the file type. I need this to only allow upload of .jpg, .png, .gif . Again the error be displayed quickly. Or in an ideal world they are only allowed to select file types that are in the list above when they are browsing for a file. 3. Renaming the file. Currently if the file name has a / or odd character our flash app has trouble loading it so we'd like the file to be renamed. Note: There is an id that is passed into the php form in the url every time called 'img_id' so it would be great if the uploaded image is renamed to $img_id + a time stamp or date and then the extention of the image (.jpg, .png, or .gif) 4. Add a progress upload meter so that when the file is being uploaded it will show a bar with the % of upload so far. Note our server has php 5.2 so if you know how to do this it should work with our server. Also, we'd like the upload to be as quick as poosible so if you have any tricks to making this move along faster that would be great. Note: Please include links to any similiar work as I completely ignore the generic replies with links to unrelated projects. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform must work in all browsers. must be an update to this existing file and have a similar fuction as it is connected to a flash application.
