Simple Live Help with PHP+MySQL

Develop a simple live help system in PHP and MySQL (Could consider Textfiles). A button (designed by me) showing online/offline status should be displayed wherever I want in my site. (Everything will take place within the same domain) Clicking that button must: a) When Online A popup window will open and ask the visitor for name and email, after submitting it will open (in the same popup window) a chat-like interface that will allow him/her to talk to a site representative. b) When offline Show an email form to send the question by mail The Representative interface: The site representative must have a page oppened in order to be considered as "Online", and whenever some visitor request for a chat session, should be alerted in order to click and open a chat popup window. Multiple chat sessions capabilities (up to 3) needed. Please do not put any effort on the design, I will be adding the visual elements. Just separate the code from the presentation. (OOP based bids will be preferred) I am aware that the chat window will require javascript, and I expect cross-browser functionality, but I want that javascript disabled browsers (or non-supported browsers) to always display the Offline option. Ticket system, categories, multiple agents, statistics and other components are NOT required, so please focus on my basic needs. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in PHP code. 2) Text file with user's manual explaining objects, functions and main variables. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
