shipping tracker

Currently my site uses links to another site that has html forms that you can enter tracking information to (links below). When you click submit on this form, I need the tracking information to show up on Fedex's or UPS's, etc... website in a pop-up window. Basically, the only thing I need done is to move these forms together onto one page so that I can put them right in my website so users don't have to click to another site to do it. This should be a quick project that just involves a little cutting and pasting of code, so I would like someone that can do it in a day.
