Marketing company needed to seed users by creating profiles on networking & dating sites and interacting with users

Our company is a 3rd party marketing/consulting firm for social networking and dating portals, using "word-of-mouth" marketing and interaction. New social networking and dating sites (such as [login to view URL]) pay us to hire users to use their sites. The hired users will be seen as "online" during peak hours, so that new visitors will see them and interact with them becoming friends, and even flirting. We have a team of average to good-looking people (80% white, 10% chinese/korean, 10% black/indian/hispanic) ages 17-24 and located across L.A., New York, San Francisco, Boston, and Austin, who we currently use on a few sites. WE ARE LOOKING TO FIND MARKETING COMPANIES with similar marketing teams where users of the same demographic to be on our site. The profiles must have genuine, quality content (ie. profiles must be in fluent english/slang, and real, unique identities with atleast 1 real pictures per account). The profiles will actively interact with visitors, and mix in with our regular users. We will pay in bulk per user provided, and we will be doing rigorous quality assurance checks across all of the identities to make sure the created users respond to 100% of received messages within 2 days. This could be a really easy marketing project that will last for up to 2 months across many of our sites. Measurables for the project include: create 50 new users (60% female, 40% male; ages evenly spread 16-23) for each of 5 cities listed above, with minimum activity levels of replying to all messages received by other users within a 2 day time period, posting 1 new blog entry every 2 days, and each user initiating 5 friendship requests (from users of a similar age) per day. All of the 50 new users must rotate online and offline for 3 hour shifts (if possible), from 10am PST to 11pm PST. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform IE, MAC
