Ad-On to Donation Toplist Script

Please have a look at [login to view URL], it's my donation toplist tool for few of my websites. I included the donationrotation code via iframe technologie into my sites ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL]). Visitors can support me or my sites by donating money via paypal. If their donation is under the Top4-Donations. Their Logo or Button-Ad (120*90) is shown on the site as a part of the shown skyscraper-banner until another visitor donates more and kicks this Logo/Ad out of Top4... Now i want to expand this project. I want that webmasters can sign up to [login to view URL] and get their own code to include into their page to have their own skyscraper to receive donations. Therefore I want you to add the following feautures to the site: - New User registration - User Login In - Member Area with statistics and code that has to be included - Over all statistics for me as some kind of a "super admin" showing Overall-Impression, Overall-Clicks, Number of Donations, Total Amount of all Donations. Every time a new donation is made on any of the registred sites, the money should be transfered via Paypal to my Account. I also need an email notification to my eMail-Adress which should include a calculation providing 80% if the transfered amount. I will then transfer 80% of the money i received via Paypal to the corresponding webmaster.
