Basic web design and content correction(repost)

I am looking for someone to redesign a members section of a website. I will need secure access to the section and basically a top banner designed based on the images that I provide (support site for an existing product). I would also like a very basic message board for members to post to. It needs to be clean and well organized with links to the following sections: 1. Conference Calls 2. Lessons and Handouts 3. Bonus Materials 4. Contact 5. Affiliate opportunities Wording can change. There will also need to be a blank "sales" page and a thank you page associated, but will be accessible by anyone in order to generate leads/sales. I am looking for the graphics and the layout. One section without the above links and one version with the above links. To see the main page, [[login to view URL]][1] (without links) and the section that will need to be secured can be found at: [ [login to view URL] ][2]All graphics will need to be changed and want imagery to be pulled from: <[login to view URL]> Photoshop files all available with graphics. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
