Hi, I'm from Indonesia (GMT +7). I can do this. There is 2 (two) main problems with this upgrade. Problem 1: The plugins. Sometimes the plugins not compatible with the newest OSCommerce. Problem 2: The theme. We must check if your currenct theme compatible with the newest OSCommerce. Thank you.
