LCDC Plug-in (Delphi)

SatXS Communications BV uses Matrix Orbital LK202A LCD displays in some of their computers. These displays are configured and controlled using LCDC software; plug-ins for LCDC must be written in Delphi (version 6 or higher) We need a plug-in that specifically has the functionality to: - Let a user increase / decrease a value via the LCD keypad - Read a value from a PCI card using Telnet communication - Write the in- or decreased value to this PCI card All information on the PCI card (including telnet commands), the LCDC application (including a small SDK) and the LCD display is available.
