1. Create IP2Location OpenX plugin. 2. The plugin shall read the IP2Location LITE BIN file for ip geolocation information. (Database from [login to view URL]) 3. The IP2Location LITE BIN was a binary format. It will be updated every month, therefore, please make sure the database can be easily replaced. For information about BIN format, please refer to [login to view URL] 4. User can enable/disable the IP2Location module at OpenX->Geotargeting Module Type. 5. User can configure the OpenX->banner->delivery option (to display the banner) with the follow option: IP Country, IP Region, IP City, IP Time Zone, IP ISP, IP Domain, IP ZIP Code, IP Area Code, IP Usage Type and IP Elevation. Notes: The BIN file contains the IP information for you to provide the matching/checking logic behind.
