182620 Metatrader decompile ex4 - mq4

Either I would like a couple of ex4 file decompiled or a program which can decompile ex4 metatrader (compiled) files to mq4 format (would be prepared to pay more for the program which does this) I would be prepared to pay between $10-$30 for individual files decompiled or $200 upwards for a program which can do this. The mq4 language is very similar to C language and any experienced C/C++ or java programmers should be at ease with the language. I will supply an example ex4 file for decompilation.
