GUI Programming for Linux

I need a 100% point and click graphical solution for Xwindows that will allow me to create executable binary programs much like MSVB 6.0 does for Microsoft based platforms. This program should be able to compile programs and they should be executable on any flavor of *nix system. This program should allow the programer to access system level resorces and calls easily, much like API calls in Windows. This program should also allow the programmer to create "ActiveX" type mini programs to include in larger projects. This program should also function as a "super" text editor to edit PHP/Perl files much like MS Visual InterDev does on Windows. It should use color text to aid the developer in writing script. Also extinsve error checking is a must. For example if I write something like: **Sub Test() If x = 0 then call RunIt() end sub ** It should find the missing **end if**. It should alos allow for graphic and sound programming. Pretty much I am looking for a full scale MSVB for *inux based systems coupled with features that would allow me to program programs that tap into the power of Linux on a core level. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform All Flavors of linux and unix
