C Conversion (Image Processing)

Conversion of a command promt C source code into one of two a C# .dll or a c++ manged .dll. To be launched via a button in seprate project. The code comprises of high level c io functions and utilises the PGM image format not surpported by C#. The choice of language is left to the programmer as long as the commands can be the implementation of the new code can be acessed through C#. The evential product must be supplied fully debugged and working to the orignal specification of the supplied demonstartion. Please Supply professional bids demonstrating knowledge of image processing and .net framework. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
