Calculator and Screensaver

**Calculator & ScreenSaver written in VB/C++/PHP ** 1. A Full featured Financial Program with Calculators which can calculate: Mortgage costs, refinance, mortgage loans, amortization, investments, insurance, Qualify for Loan, etc. Please indicate whether you could add more financial calculations. The market is the Property/Real Estate (Brokers, Mortgage Originators, Banks, Investors, Valuers, Builders, Quantity Surveyors, Architects) Therefore calculators for these professions would be useful as well. Should include standard calculator with “paper roll?? 2. A Full featured Screensaver. Please indicate OS you can supply it in: Preference is one App which runs on all OS’s, pure win95 API calls and no MFC’s. (Except for the webapp of course) Written in VB5 or VB6 (not .NET). OS: Windows 9x, 2000, XP OS: CE, Windows Pocket PC (PDA) Written in C/C++. OS: Linux Desktop GUI KDE and/or GNOME Written in PHP/Javascript/Java Applet. OS: Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP (Website) See attached files for above info PLUS other IMPORTANT Information and requirements. IMPORTANT NOTE: I am Listing both Projects in one Bid Request as I prefer one Coder to work on it as it contains similar features (ie. fetching info from central server, language files, etc) Each Project is $100 or less. Also feel free to Bid even if you cannot fully comply with the requirements ie. Windows AND Linux AND Pocket PC, etc If you feel you wish to Bid on one ONLY, that is fine. Please indicate which one in seperate message. If you Bid on both, please indicate how much per project and indicate that in message. If two different coders will be issued these projects, then I will re-issue one of the two to create the split. Another Note: I will be placing another Bid Request for a Toolbar which again will have similar features, ie. fetching info from a central server. The coder who does a good job on the above will very likely get that project as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
