XHTML - CSS - Div based build

Hello we need a reliable and experienced developer to duplicate a simple small website using wordpress / jaws CMS. The duplicate would be of [login to view URL] The code created needs to be of the highest standard. We expect this first test would take under 1-2 hours There will be future work involving slicing of PSDs and creating XHTML and CSS templates. The person selected needs to have the following skill set. 1. daily updates via email on number of hours worked the previous day, number of hours remaining, completion date and any known issues while working on one of our project. 2. log on via msn messenger once a day for min of 10min to ask / answer any questions from Project Manager while working on one of our project. 3. have a clear understanding of English written and spoken 4. be able to display sample XHTML & CSS code they have written to be verified by our lead developers 5. hourly rate is $10USD per hour 6. Payment will be made via Paypal, Ikobo or GAF escrow. We prefer paypal or ikobo (lower fees for all)
