New text link exchange site and design

Project: 1. It is very similar to a regular text-link-exchange for people who wants more traffic to their site. 2. Design of website. I have another site. I want the SAME design, so that you just copy (it is in html) 3. You may use and modify scripts like: <[login to view URL]> Check: venpar (dot) com/[login to view URL] Name of the site: [login to view URL] Members of [login to view URL] will have a box like this on their website. Please make a better design. The box has 4 text links. Every time the member was a visitor they therefore show 4 text links (one box view) and they get 2 credits ( I want to be able to change this ratio), meaning their own text-link will be shown 2 times on other members websites. Like regular text link exchange it needs database. Members sign up, login, can get the code. They can enter up to 10 text links with different URL and different title. Important: count only one box view per IP in order to avoid cheating. People must be able to watch stats.etc. Also they can chose the language of their website, and chose what text-link language they accept in the [login to view URL] must always accept English, but can choose one more language. **_It is better if you modify existing text-exchange scripts…..!!!_** REMEMBER: Admin. Cancel memberships Watch box-views / traffic Insert my own links in the system and give my own text links credit… I want to be able to get a stat over countries. Etc, etc, etc.......
