The email contain the customer’s details This tracking number is automatically sent to the customer in a pre-formatted email. When customer is ready. He contacts the operator by the PHP Live Chat (or another company) PHP Live Chat will be implemented to the website The operator asks the customer for his tracking code. The operator indicates the customer the codes to Play at the Online Game After that the customer has played the Free Game session he will have to pay for playing which will be process thru an e-payment website (Moneybookers or else) Because of the Free Bonus which is given only one time we have a problem: It might happen that the customer registers a new account to obtain this Bonus again which is unacceptable So we need a system to prevent this by identifying the real New Customer and blocking new registration of existing customers Suggested Solution: Place hidden cookies with a special code inside We can also work with the Customer’s IP Address, but it’s not sufficient because IP Address change every time.
