103770 Convert ASP to PHP- WordPress

I'm currently redesigning my website and have a fully coded WordPress Template (see attachment). However, my site is written in ASP and I need someone to convert ASP code to PHP and to integrate the new PHP code into my new WordPress Template. My site is all ASP and we want to convert it to PHP including converting the ACCESS DB to MYSQL database. To convert ASP to PHP should be a fairly simple task as the languages are so close and there are a few converter programs that will take care of about 80% of the work. There are less than 20 files to be converted and most are less than a 200 lines of code with a mix of html and asp code. I have about 2 DB with less than 3K records that are small and will need to be converted into the new MYSQL. See attachment for site information. We reserve all rights to original scripts and modified scripts. We will require documentation for installation of files on our server.
