310224 Two Step System

Hello I have put a site together, whereby people can pay $1.00 into a pool, and the 100th person who pays their $1.00 wins half the money, [login to view URL] I would then like it made, so that, they could go onto another website, and pay the person who is promoting the site, they would then have a url to promote, so that further payments could be made into the pool, and people could have instant payments into paypal/alert pay account. Still waiting to hear back from paypal, so it may just be alert pay. There would also be room for the site to be developed later on, but payment would be for this basic start, thanks. Not sure what would be the best script to produce for this. Miriam
