405594 EA on the MT4 Platform Feature

I need you to write the program for an EA with a specific set of rules that uses moving average inidciators , Heiken Ashi Indicator and the Fibonacci Retracement to determine a trade setup and low risk trade entry point. Profit Targets are set using the Fibonacci retracement targets. There are several loss limiting exit, a hard exit set at a certain adjustable fixed pip number below theentry price, a trailing pip exit that moves with the price and a moving average exit based on the distance between two mving averages reducing to a 20% of the difference between the moving averages at the outset of the trade. I will provide the rules for entry and exit.I will need you to write the program, test the program to see if it is correctly following the rules and demonstrate this to me in backtest and forward testing, I want you to have green arrows pointing up on the chart to visualise the entry point on long trades and blue arrows pointing down on the chart to inidicate the closing of a long trade. I want you to have red arrows pointing down on the chart to indicate the opening of a short trade and blue arrows pointing up on the chart to indicate the closing of a short trade. You should have experience in programming several EAs for the MT4 platform. I need to have this up and running within 1 week
