Users section will have to fill a form that goes like this:
1-Name
2-# employe
3-Departement.(Here i want a roll box so they can select a prenamed department also they can up to 2 departement)
4-email
5-Username
6-Password
*Once all boxes are filled with no error like invalid email or empty boxes etc the will receive a email with a link to click on to confirm there subscription.
Also the user later with there username and password they could edit everything once log in.
Ok now admin section :
First I need a username and password protected access to log into admin section.
I need a button to see all the user that are subscribe also able to add/editor delete everything on each users.
I need another button so I can add / delete or edit departments that we see in roll box.
Last I need a section where I can put a title of message and a box to write a message to send also a attachement if I need to send also a document or [login to view URL] I need before I send or at the left of thoses boxes a selection to what department I send it to.
I could send a message to a department only by choosing it or there could be also a all department.
So in resume if I send a message to a department called Office al user that filed in subscription in office department there the only ones that would get the message not the rest but if I click all then al users subscribe would receive it.
Last in main page where users can log there would be in bottom a forgot password? If so they put there email and they will receive there username and password by mail if there email was correct naturally.
And maybe some tweaking later for the script to have it like I need it:)
