75371 IPN, MYSql and PHP

I require to log IPN variables to DB, and then create a web form that validates the username (payers_email) and password(transaction id) and checks they have paid for that item_number from that IPN DB Process---> I am selling video tutorials in the wmv fromat(Windows Media video) they clickl on [login to view URL] Inside the WMV file it is currently hard coded to gather a license from my webserver ([login to view URL]) currently, [login to view URL] holds variables to pass on to to my DRM(Digital Rights Management) servicxe provider. It has my license setting (can play the video 10 times, or expires in a month) What I require at the top of that [login to view URL] page, A username (payers_email) and password (Transaction ID) form that checks if the user has paid for that item_number/code via the MYSql DB. If so, they will be sent to get a license from my DRM provider. If not, they will be sent to my main webpage to purchase the license.
