I need an artistic individual or team to develop a 30 second to 2 minute FLASH cartoon movie. This must include animation and sound/voices. The theme is to be adult in nature and provide some humor.. I will provide details to you via PMB.. Do Not Bid more than the maximum that I post as your bid will not be considered. This will be the first of many such projects.. (On satisfactory completion of this project, the developer may be offered a yearly contract to develop more such products monthly and I will pay you monthly the bid amount to do so.. This is subject to further discussion.) So bid on this with the expectation of possibly being given more projects on a monthly basis. You must develop the flash animation from begining to end in a professional manner. I will also want all of the raw editable files in addition to the finished flash product.. You will also grant me 100% exclusive rights to the finished product. I will place 100% of the winning bid amount in an escrow account at the commencement of your work and I will release the total amount to you on completion of the project. I look forward to your work!
