298963 Changes to radlance script

ONLY FOR EXCELLENT PHP PROGRAMMERS AS I NEED THIS DONE VERY QUICKLY. I need the following changes done to the Radlance gold script that I bought: This is a project that has many similarities to Scriptlance but is based on a different group (Not programmers) to make the bids. Project owners must be able to upload photos that appear to bidders. If no photos are uploaded then no photos appear. Project owners shall be able to rate the bid winners but bidders can not rate project owners. Dates when project shall be finished shall be stated by project owner and by what date the offers must be in. Payments are made by PAYPAL by project owners (This function should be dissactive at first) but bidders pay by subscription period only (Bronze - 1 month, Silver - 3 months, Gold - 6 months and Platinum - 1 year). Bidders that have not paid subscription can not see the detailed description of bids - Only rough description. One field needs to be added to bidders, and project owners and this is the field that makes them unique (not email or IP address). No money changes hands through this side. So people open projects and close projects and rate bid winners. Noone makes a deposit or withdraws money at the moment but later project owners maybe required to pay money for posting projects through Paypal. Not used at the moment, but this function is already in Radlance. Bidders shall not be able to see other peoples bids, messages, only if higher or lower than theirs. The project owners shall be able to see all bids and messages. Radlance is very flexible but as this project is not the same as normal freelances projects it requires some small changes. Some minor other points need to be changed but details will be provided to winner. Please show similar work if you have done it.
