PHP hourly rate for text based game

I run and code for a text based mafia game called Mafia Revolutions we are new and fairly successful for how far we have got in the first month we received 2,000 registers in the first month which for an unheard of game isn't bad. Anyway that's background information. I'm going to be unable to code for a while because of a lot of coursework that I have to get done that has priority but I would still obviously like my customers and players to see new additions to the game. Hence this involves PHP. I am looking for quite a few tasks but I will post one here just to find the cheapest bidder when I have found the cheapest I will either post the other tasks or stick with my coder depending on price etc. Ok so the project is: An achievements wall - It's split up in to 3 parts. When the user commits 100 crimes, commit 100 GTAs and commit 25 jail busts they pass the first stage. When the user commits 250 crimes, commits 200 GTAs and commits 50 jail busts they pass stage two. When a user commits 500 crimes, commits 450 GTAs and commits 100 jail busts they pass stage three.
