Need New Joomla Component

I have a Joomla site set up and need a custom LMS component built. The component will have features similar to lynda.com. Features - Users 1. Users will be able to browse through workshops and sign up for the one they want. The payment should be through paypal. 2. Once paid and signed up, they will see the courses they signed up for under workshops > my workshops. 3. They can click on the course and they will see a layout similar to [login to view URL] with topics and the time next to it. 4. Once they click on the topic, the presentation for that topic will begin. Also on their workshop page they will see a check mark next to the topic they have viewed. 5. Once user finishes all the topics, they will see a link to download a completion certificate (also will be emailed to the user). 6. Users can go back to my workshops and re-signup for the course to extend its deadline. 7. Once a course has expired, it will no longer appear on the workshop page as active, it will say "your workshop has expired, click here to renew it for a discount". Admin 1. admin will be able to set up workshop title, description, cost and duration. 2. once a workshop is created, admin can go in the workshop and add topics with title, description and upload powerpoint slide (with audio) for that topic. 3. admin can also create a forum for a workshop that users can participate in. 4. uploaded powerpoint slides should appear as Flash in a popup similar to [login to view URL] 5. Admin can view users that have signed up for a workshop and disable or renew them from backend. 6. Admin can make a workshop public (not required to purchase or sign in). I am looking for a highly skilled PHP/Joomla developer that can work on this project. I have been burnt by my previous programmer who promised to finish this job and I never heard from him. So, I am looking for a long term programmer that can work with psd files to joomla and is very talented in PHP and MYSQL. There is a LOT more work for you if you can do this job with "ATTENTION TO DETAIL", "HIGH QUALITY". I already have 2 other projects ready to be started so a fast completion job will mean more $$ for you in future! Please do not bother to bid if you have not worked with a similar LMS before.
