Photo Edits - House Project Photo Rendering

Hi, My company buys/renovates & resells residential homes. We have a need to market our homes "Coming Soon" before and during construction to our potential buyers (rather than waiting for the project to finish). We have an ongoing need with numerous photo edits or renderings (whichever is better) for one front picture of each home. I need helping to do a photo touch up or new rendering on all of our coming soon rehab project homes. Once we do one together we can start a relationship for the others. The attached is the only pic I have right now, not sure if it would work. I'm just looking for a pic that we can use on our blog ([login to view URL]) and market the properties while we are renovating them. What we are adding to this picture/home rendering (Goal: to best show/illustrate the after renovated house from the front): * New black architectural 3 tab shingle roof * Pressure washing white siding * Curb appeal: We install a maroon metal star over the front door, match the shutters & front door to maroon, and paint the foundation maroon to match. See this pic of another house for the star idea. * Landscaping - we add some basic shrubs and flower beds in front. We are also putting in a gravel walkway to the front door. * We are installing a new 4'x4' front platform deck and small few stairs to front door. I will take better front photos for other projects.
