Simple Pitch/Commercial made using simple App Mockups

Hello I am looking for someone to help me create a 1.30 min to 2min explainer video which presents a small amount of information in an engaging manner. The product is a prototype for an iOS/Android app and whilst the app will not be made in time for the deadline (there is a tight deadline due to the pitch being intended as part of a pitch competition) there will be fully developed PSD mockups which will need to be included in a manner that looks professional and thought out. I am open to a number of suggestions and at this point i am very much leaning towards a voice over. I have come across a brilliant, simple video by this firm [login to view URL] which seems to be something that would suit my requirements very well. I can get the voice over arranged separately Bottom line i am looking for a speedily developed, simple, quite lean presentation video and have quite a clear vision for script (i.e. voice over) and general content though this may need refining. I don't much care for sales spiel and am very direct, so please do not contact me if you are looking for ways in which you can drag out hours on a project (i work with freelancers on a daily basis so am quite wise to tricks of the trade). I will also be looking for several re-developments of pitch video, mini-commercials and explainer videos in the near future as the product that we are developing goes through the many iterations.
