490 Perl script modification - www

I am looking for an expert in Perl programming. I need a minor modification to an existing set of Perl programs (or scripts) designed to allow multiple users update various calendars online. I want it to basically "only allow the display and update of calendars associated with the user id". If you have expert experience with Perl programming (or Perl scripts) for web sites and could achieve this quickly and cost effectively, please reply. FYI, out of the box, this Perl system (with settings set) can allow administrators (a type of user ID) to update only their calendars (those associated with their userid's), but for some reason it allows you to display all the other calendars too. I've tried every setting I can but this is the closest I can get. So I think there simply needs to be a modification (may be as simple as inserting another if/then clause) so that it only displays calendars associated with the user id. I am a programmer, but Perl is not one of my languages. I can explain what I am looking for in more detail, walk you through the system setup, and how it is used today.
