Website designs for 2 different sites using Wiki

We need two webpage designs for 2 different sites. Both are related to real estate service and consultancy. The required services have two elements – 1. WebPage Design and 2. Implementation / programming. Both sites will be Wiki based and therefore a fair understanding of what can be done with in this case TWiki is required. The design work will be limited to creating a corporate look for the header and the side bar – a new Skin. The company logo exists and a redesign is not required. Essentially we need a corporate Skin design which can be based on the various existing examples reducing time and effort. This requires knowledge of CSS, may be Perl/CGI. We have sufficient in-house skill to do most things with TWiki, but we do not have the design skill required for the corporate look. Right now our focus is on Web design and to improve the cluttered and not well structured look of TWiki in its native form – see [login to view URL] The second website or rather skin design is for a Wiki implementation for an internal corporate information website. For both projects we would expect to see five design options. We are looking for a longer-term working relationship especially with respect to web design and the TWiki implementation.
