Wall.fm web developer needed

I’m looking for a web developer who can perform customization work. I have a website ([login to view URL]). The site by default has the basic functionality of a social networking site but I need customizations that needs to be added. The developer would need to do the following work and report to me as the project manager. Developer Requirements: 1. Messenger or skype that allows webcam and call functionality. If I can’t see you or speak with you we can not work together. Email and instant messenger chat is not enough. 2. Work will be defined by the delivery of three milestones. Provide an estimate for each milestone. If hired the developer will be paid upon the successful delivery and functionality testing of each milestone. 3. Developement/customization on wall.fm. 4. Development/customization with shopping carts or ebay/auction functionality. 5. Development/customization with app integration with [login to view URL] before. Project Milestones: 1. PayPal integration so every user account/profile can make transactions using Paypal. 2. Main site and individual profile style sheet format customization. 3. Notifications on individual user profiles, similar to what Facebook and twitter has so when another user adds merchandise other users are interested in they get a notification on their profile or email to their inbox.
