Paypal IPN Subscription

I want to start a monthly pay membership to watch TV online. This project is for my [login to view URL] site. 1. I need members to be able to create an account with a username and password. I want the site to automatically handle the memberships trough paypal ipn system. I mean, for the site to handle cancellations automatically. If a user cancels the membership from their paypal account, I want the site to automatically “delete” that user’s account. This way if that person wants in the future to sign up again, he/she will be able to create a new account with the same username. The member’s area is at [login to view URL] This file needs to be password protected, and to check if the user’s account is active, before allowing that person to access the "online TV". 2. I want to be able to update the paypal email from the [login to view URL] area and to show there the “total” number of members.
