Customer Specific Product - Oscommerce

We need to be able to create customer specific products, in a customer specific section, that can only be seen and ordered by that customer when they are logged into the catalog. For example, for Customer A - they may have 10 specific parts that we make for them. We need to be able to create all of those parts and put them into a catalog section that is hidden unless they are logged in. All changes must be fully documented in a changelog and in the code.
