Webportal for PowerBI Embedded

I need a simple web portal developed in .Net (preferably DevExpress Bootstrap) that makes use of the standard membership model for login and user authentication. For now the application will have two sections (pages): 1. a.) An administration section, to create, update, delete, disable users. There should be two user roles, i.e. Administrator and Viewer. Administrator is allowed to create viewers. Access to this section is only available to the admin user. The membership model will sit on a local SQL Express DB. A forgot password mechanism (email) is also required. This is pretty much the standard .Net stuff that ships out the box. [login to view URL] should hold DB connection strings and SMTP details. b.) The admin section should also include a Power BI maintenance section to allow for publishing .PBIX to an Azure PBI Workspace. The admin section should allow for entering the relevant Azure access keys and an upload control to load PBIX files from a local drive. This section should allow for deleting/replace of current PBIX files (on Azure workspace) as well. Access to this section is only available to an admin user role. 2. The second section (Page) of the application should display an embedded Power BI dashboard, as maintained in 1.b. The data will come from Azure SQL, and we will develop the dashboard in house.
