WP Multisite Etsy plus Bill-pay

ONLINE BANKING DEVELOPMENT encouraged. PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND WITHOUT READING THIS POST. I'm interested in having an ecommerce site with 'banking'/bill pay functionality completed/expanded. This expansion will include a custom, proprietary add-on built for a Wordpress marketpress multisite environment. As usual, the multisite stores would be able to manage their products, manage discounts, view the products sold, total $ in products sold, their portion, the amount redeemed at their stores and the total payable to them. Much of that is included with Marketpress Multi-site but this is an essential part of the add-on - the store may indicate whether they would like to be paid directly OR may designate one or more third-party payees (like the bill-pay portion of a bank account) and the amount and date for payment. The remaining funds remain with us in their account. The stores may add payee, address, amount, etc and then that amount will be paid to the third party from our account and the store's dashboard would reflect the payment and the remaining amount in their account. The data will also be reflected in our back end. This site requires: shopping cart, payment options, etsy-style marketpress integration INCLUDING analytics we may provide to the stores), third party payment options (bill pay), digital product generation (including QR code, bar code, unique number identifier), retention of customer information option, AND A DOWNLOADABLE CONSUMER APP for consumer access.
