Advanced Instant Messaging/ContactBar UI in ASP.NET and Javascript/Jquery

I will only consider bids that come with a brief project plan outlining the technology stack used, timeframe, and other pertinent summary details including references to similar projects that you have completed.******************** This is a project to develop a contact bar / instant messaging client for an ASP.NET website currently in development on a windows 2008 server with a MYSQL DB. This is a development only project; the design has already been mocked up. A basic prototype of the concept has already been coded in HTML & CSS and can be used as the framework. The contact bar is on the far right side of the following prototype: [login to view URL] This project involves three primary tasks, the contact bar interaction and animation, retrieving user contact's and aggregating them, and the instant messaging client(using Pubnub) and user interface components. The basis for the contact bar is shown in the prototype above. There is a fair amount of sophisticated interaction that must occur to display the proper windows, scroll, filter, and group the contacts, reorder them, and manipulate them in a variety of ways described in detail in the requirements document attached. A full set of mockups are also provided. The second task is to populate the contact bar with the users contacts' information from the following website APIs: facebook & facebook messenger, twitter, yahoo contacts & messenger, outlook, and gmail & gchat. Profile pictures and key contact information should be obtained and consolidated where possible. The third task is to develop an internal internal instant messaging capability using PubNub and hook that to the client-side user interface. PubNub already has a fully functioning demo so just plug it in ([login to view URL]). This includes displaying the instant messages next to the contacts in both a minimized and expanded format as well as providing the hooks to send, receive, attach files, and add multiple participants. I am looking for a hard working programmer or team of programmers who have: - Advanced Javascript/Jquery - Advanced Animation using Javascript - Familiar with the Facebook API - Familiar with contact management systems - Intermediate - Advanced with Instant Messaging Clients - Strong knowledge of ASP.NET - Familiar with MYSQL - Familiar with PubNub All requirements have been defined in the attach excel list and mockups have been attached for all screens. This is a development only task and does not involve design. Image assets and mockups will be provided in full. I will also be available to create additional images as needed. You will be working off of my Windows Server 2008 with a MYSQL Database and can choose to code the contact bar from scratch but will eventually need to integrate their work with the existing ASP.NET MVC code structure.
