I need a VERY quick turnaround - Today. Very very easy app FOR PROOF OF CONCEPT ONLY. Doesn't have to be fancy, just needs to have 2 screens, first is a home page, which can be really any colour or screen font etc, on the homescreen I need two icons, one that launches a QR reader. When the QR reader button is pressed it opens up the reader, once the QR is scanned, it can read the CSV file and will decipher the QR and launch another screen with the data that it extracted from the QR. Thats it. Proof of concept only and doesnt need to be flash. Doesnt need to to put up onto the Playstore, just need you to send me the APK file, and then be available to make a just a few changes.

Dear Sir, Thank you for your project posting. I am interested to do the job. I am an expert Android developer with 5+ of experience in Android platform. Last 5 years I have developed more than 50 android apps. Most of them are in google playstore. I have also worked in QR Code scanning using zxing library and also implemented it using the both landscape and portrait mode. I have a question regarding your job. Why it need to read CSV file?
