Tourist guide app

Please check out the app Camper [login to view URL] are looking at something similar to this where the opening page is a map. Our map will feature tourist activities including booking functionality. It will also include free guided (using the app) tours. So the map will have a pre-set route they are encouraged to follow with information available at certain points including images, audio files and AR images. The audio files and AR images could be triggered by a push of a button or by pointing their phone at something specific - for example a building. We are also going to have 360 photos in certain areas (for example, at the top of a viewing platform) and in the 360 photos text boxes which when clicked on takes them to another page. The page could be informative and/or an activity with a book now button. The 360 photos will come up when the user clicks on a certain area in the map. For example, the viewing platform). We are also interested in audio files automatically starting using GPS. For example, you are driving down the road and the app will start and audio file informing the user that in 2kms there is a short walk to a great waterfall. Also we want to track as much of their data as possible What they purchase Where they go How long they stay at certain destinations etc I know this description is pretty general and completely understand your estimation might be quite different when I send a very detailed plan of the app, but at this stage we are interested in a rough estimate.
