Pod and videocasts

We want to create pod and videocasts and make it available to our subscribers who have to log in to our App where they have certain features available already. 1) We know how to create pod and videocasts and save it after editing but we need help with making it available to our members with a nice looking interface where they can listen to and view the pod and videocasts after checking the titles. 2) We also need an area where they can comment on the podcast like people can do on youtube when they watch a video. 3) Would be nice if we can see how many times a pod and videocasts were listened to/ downloaded and if we can have like and dislike icons. 4) Besides the UI for the listeners/ viewers we will of course need an area to upload the content, give it a title, label it, etc. There are some apps/ plug-ins available but we do not want our members to go through another registration process to listen to our podcasts as they are already members of ours and have to log in to the App. It would be good to bid on this if you have done something similar already and have a demo to show instead of coding it from scratch as we do not have a lot of time.
