Need a Android Developer to send Data FCM notification to custom Linphone Android App when a call is received. We already have firebase and normal notifications are being received, we need to received Data notification so that even when the device is killed, once the notification i sent from the server it should wake up the device, We already have a Linphone android project and Firebase account. Just need to implement FCM Data Notification.
