iPhone and Android applicaiton

I need to develop an iPhone and Android application. A basic conceptual design of the application is provided in the attached Visio file. Here is the explanation of what the application needs to do • The application is fetch the information about searched “names” from our database and display it to the user. The information includes the recorded pronunciation and information such as gender, language and popularity of a name. • The application allows for search of names as well as fetching them from the phone’ contact. • The application needs paid subscription for usage over a certain amount ( e.g. more than one search per day) • The developer should take care of all the details until the application is approved and placed on both the Playstore and Appstore. • The application should integrate with the phone’s contact app so that it can be directly launched from there.
