I'm looking for a freelancer to build a chatbot. This should be hosted on a webpage. The bot will need to accept incoming requests to book smartphone devices, check availability against a calendar, and then confirm or deny availability. if the devices are available the bot needs to book this in the calendar system. We'd also like the bot to send out an email confirmation of the booking, and then 2 reminder emails on the day of booking; 1 to the person who has booked the devices. the other to the person who needs to post them out. the bot needs to capture a number of details in the booking, and the uploaded layout flow shows what needs to be captured. the bot needs to accessible via a webpage to anyone with the webpage address. I would like to pay a fixed price but don't have a budget in mind.
